Welcome to our first ever Trader Workout Challenge, featuring Callum Osborne, TraderLife’s in-house personal trainer.

Otherwise, there's no further ado, simply watch Callum take you through our first workout challenge below and make sure you find some time to try it yourself!
To start things off simple, our first challenge doesn't require a single bit of gym apparatus or equipment, so there really is no excuse not to give it a try. The full details of the challenge are below:
Challenge: No Kit Necessary #1
Exercises (All in one block):
- 10 Squat Jumps
- 8 Press Ups
- 6 Tuck Jumps
- 4 Plank Tucks
- 2 Full Burpees
Reps:
As many times as possible
Time:
